What is Sandboxels

Sandboxels is a simulation game of falling sand, directly in your browser. This game includes elements that simulate heat, electricity, density, chemical reactions, cooking and fire propagation. With over 500 unique elements to explore, Sandboxels offer a fun way to pass the time and relax. There are thousands of interactions between a variety of materials, plants, animals, liquids and powders in the game. Falling sand games are a genre of sandbox games featuring falling particles of various types. Just click or use the touch screen to choose a category, like liquid, and then choose an element, like water. Drag on the artboard above to place your pixels, and watch them interact with each other!
